The Rowan group laboratories are located on the 5th floor of the Kent Hale Smith Building. Additionally, the MALDI-TOF MS laboratory is located on the 1st floor, and the 600 MHz NMR laboratory is located in the basement. The main lab is a standard synthetic chemistry laboratory equipped with eight fume hoods, two walk-in fume hoods, a glove-box, and various other synthetic chemistry utilities. Additionally, a second lab houses the UV-Vis, the HPLC, and an additional walk-in hood, and two other labs house the DSC and the 300 MHz NMR. |
